PvE Queue Bug

Upon logging on I queued for a PvE Event, the Mirror Universe Incurison. While in the queue I reached level 20, thus putting myself in the next bracket. Upon attempting to remove myself from the current queue, the game told me that I was already in queue for the event.
Now the game refuses to allow me to do anything related to PvE queues at all. I cannot join a queue, I cannot leave a queue, I cannot create a private game or event view existing games. And I cannot queue with friends, either.
