Tac Team on torpedos bug

So for some reason while flying my fleet D'Deri, when I use tac team at the same moment my autofiring rommie hyper torps are firing, my tac team gets applied to a torp. Any ideas on why that is and how to stop it?

    This bug isn't just limited to torps and tac team. currently all buffs which can be placed on a friend are getting randomly applied to pets and deployables... well ok its probably not random, but not sure what is causing it.
