Unable to send mail with attachments at all

Since the last patch, I have been unable to send mail with attachments at all. Prior to this, I was able to send items and doffs between my characters as long as I kept it below a certain level (This rumoured 100 limit the devs put in?). Now I can not send attachments at all! It seems to be limiting me because of all of my old attached mail.

It is also telling me I have unread mail when I do not.

Please fix this, it is extremely inconvenient to me.
