Hello.
Am I the only person unable to access the support page? spoke to several fleet members and the say that not many people can access it!
Now I can get the support page up while I am not loged in to STO, by using the support option on the loader screen, but if I try to login there I get a white screen with an error message. Or if I try to go to the support page now while I am logged into these forums I will get the same error message.
I have altered all my settings as discribed by the diagnostic report but its made no difference.
Was wondering if any of you have any ideas how to fix this.

youre not the only one, i have the same problem for ages, even sent a ticket on it once and they replied that they are aware of this and maybe a fix will be done in the future (no kidding, this is what they said), i also tried deleting cookies and everything, nada, the support site is inaccessible to me.
