Cannot purchase Mesh Weavers

I have the Recluse carrier, it's my currently active ship. I bought the basic Mesh Weaver hangar pets to see if I liked them, they worked out nicely I thought. So, I decided to spend dilithium on the advanced version to find they were locked. According to the window that popped up I don't own the Recluse. The basic Weavers have relocked too. All this in the space of a few hours. Help?:confused:

    Coming up on 24 hours now and no response. Even if there were you can't access the support information page if logged into an account as, magically, once logged in there are so many redirects the system gives up.
