[BUG] Neutral no more - incompleteable again.

It looks like the good old neutral no more bug is back which doesn't advances you past claim a new ship.

And yes I bought a Dhelan Warbird, even a second time for 15k Dilithium after deleting the first.

Then I deleted the character and started from scratch, same thing again, neither the token dhelan warbird nor the dilithium bought registered for the mission.

I really like how the GM support ticket I opened on the issue was 'solved' because I had found an unknown new bug.

yes kinda annoying having the same problem was using an 8hr skill boost plus LTS skill boost so made lvl 10 before the neutral no more mission then claimed the free warbird with level up token no go mission wouldn't advance. .
i figured maybe claiming the LoR pack dhael before running the turning point mission was causing a problem, since I had an extra toon slot figured I'd just roll another reman sci allied with the kdf. so ran all missions using just the stock gear, got to neutral no more and same problem claimed the free ship but it won't advance. kinda annoying as I have 6 roms this would have made seven. I should have known new patch something had to get broken, hopefully a fix is forthcoming quickly as no one trying to make a romulan can get past the mission at present.

submitted ticket like that will help lol, why is bug support issue search broken honestly I must be super lucky as I'm always the 1st to find these issues and have to create a new issue thread for each bug. /sarcasm off :P

I am also experiencing this problem.

My level 11 Centurion Romulan (KDF alliance) is stuck at "Claim a New Ship" on the Neutral No More mission. I can't progress past it.

I claimed a ship with the token, but the mission objective didn't complete. I think this bug is related to the fact that I claimed a c-store ship prior to claiming my token ship. On my other two Romulan characters I didn't claim a c-store ship so early and progressed just fine.

For now, one of my Romulans is stuck at that stage.

I don't really want to delete him and re-create him, if I could avoid it. Submitted a ticket yesterday, but I'm assuming it'll be Monday at least now, before I hear anything back?

Same problem here, guess I'll forget about this char and continue leveling my Orion until they fix this..

Once reaching Centurion in the Romulan story arc, you can get the mission "Neutral No More" and talk to the ship requisitions officer. That works. Then you can choose your ship with the Centurion token. That works too. However, the progression is now stuck at "claim your ship". It won't let you go further. Since I have spent my token already, it would cost me 10K liffium to try again, and I won't spend that much just to find out if the progression would unstuck itself. I tried to claim a ship from the C-store which I already had bought, and it didn't work either.

I had this bug too, as you can see here. Per a twitter conversation with BranFlakes, He told me that it is under investigation, but a workaround for this is to return to the flotilla ship requisition officer, and click through all the dialogue options. This should clear the mission, and allow you to progress.

I just did this on the KDF side and can confirm it works, just be sure to press exit in the dialog.

Finally I can continue leveling this. >.>

This has been reporting down in the bug section.... but, for those who don't use the search function:

The problem is under investigation, but a workaround that is working for everyone who tries it is, return to the flotilla ship requisitions officer, and click through every single dialogue option. Once finished with the many different options, press exit, and the mission should clear, allowing you to continue to the next part of the mission.

I play this game since beta and I know the search function. But I have the experience that using the bug forum generally doesn't help in 95% of the cases. If you post it in general discussion, it's reaching more People and then it might get spotted by a dev more easily. Thanks for the workaround, I'll try it.

this has just happened to me, i am now stuck in the ship yard and cannot progress and i never claimed a C store ship either. Kinda ruining my one day of the week when i can rank my toon.

This is a Centurion Character playing in the Romulan story arc, you can get the mission "Neutral No More" and talk to the ship requisitions officer. Confirmed with current character that by clicking on every dialog possible does allow mission to progress! *BUMP*
