Drozana Error

When I logged into STO today and spawned in Drozana Station I first thought all was fine but when I try to interact with anything it does not work (the option is not even there, no signs above the objects or NPCs either), then I discovered it would not release RPG mode and I could not beam out. I have tried exiting and reloading the launcher but the lead to no avail, please help!
