122 year chatban....

or 44,129 days or over a million hours - i sent in an Email to support last night shortly after it happened but i have been chat banned for an - absurd- amount of time. yet it lists my account as still active rather then a big red 'Banned' and i have yet to receive an email stating what i was supposed to have done.
i bought the Bortasqu basic uniform from my fleet tailor and sold 144 Zen for 112 dill per Zen to get it...72 of that zen was from my stipend (is that maybe a no no ?). i was also siting in my ships bridge chating with with a friend when i lost the ability to post anything (no message at all saying 'hey you tried to say something like a name you are not allowed to say !) and after trying to post the message i was trying to send which did not include any names i was forcibly disconnected from the server. When trying to log in the game told me ' you have been banned' yet i can log into Champions where when i tried to send an ingame mail to that friend to tell them what happened i was told i was silenced for 1074988 hours 19 minutes 44 seconds (which google has helped me figure out is 122 and some change years or 44,192 and some change days).
No response yet to either the email or the petition i posted last night so i figured i'd say something here in the hope that some one does something about it......or that support tells me its legit and explains what i did to earn a 122 year chat ban.
Edit: and now i can chat in STO.......uhhh...hmmm
Edit 2: No response from support but i can chat in STO and Neverwinter.....so umm thank you support or who ever fixed it.
