Unable to rename or alter some of my costumes

I can rename the first line but not the second line and I have tried change the costumes and they will not stick, luckily I am not loosing EC because of this

    Having the very same problem with the costume change. I've tried everything and nothing works.

    I have a KDF lib borg who had this problem several months ago... and not my romulan lib Borg. :( I never get answer from anyone about why this happened... or how to fix it.
