Sovereign bridge pack Crewman sink into floor

I bought the Sovereign bridge pack for about one year, and there's a bug keep bothering me every time I hop into my bridge since then.
some of the bridge officers are not even sitting in the seats right and some are even half way sink into the floor.
also, there are duplicated officers in my bridge.
I must admit that I'm soo disappointed to find out after such a long time that bug still not fixed and I think I'm not the only one who have this issue.
also it looks quite different to the movie sovereign class bridge, I know it may sound harsh but you guys had done such a great job on the Defiant &
TOS Enterprise bridge...
could you please make the sovereign bridge better since it's the Enterprise-E's bridge, a lot of people care about this...
