Massive Lag!

Alright, so ever since the launch of LoR I've had a massive ammount of lags and disconnects, it's not even funny anymore. I highly doubt that it's my internet connection, since I play games like RIFT, EverQuest and Guild Wars 2 without ANY problems what so ever. But as soon as I log into STO I'm hit with massive lag spikes, and disconnect whenever I change an instance (I.e beam down to ESD, or beam up to my ship)

Is anyone else experiencing this, is there possibly (But unlikely) a fix, or am I just screwed?

    Bumping this as I'm still curious if anyone else has it. The game is unplayable for me atm.
