Ship devices on the action bar

Hello everyone,
I am unable to drag my ship's devices to my action bars. I know I had them there prior to the LoR update but I am unable to put them on any slot of my action bars now. Anyone know if there is a fix for this? Or even if its a known issue that's being worked on?
