client crashing bug caused by double usage of Marks Package box

open a Marks Package box, then immediately open it again - it will crash the client
steps to reproduce: open a Marks Package box, leave the marks type selection window open, the try to open the same Marks Package box again
how I discovered this:
I opened the marks box but I was unsure what type of marks I needed most, so I open the project reputation window, but found my marks selection window behind the active window
thinking that opening the box again will shift the active window to marks selection - but I was wrong, the client crashed
