Misnamed items

I recently acquired a quantum torpedo "mk XI", but it is not really mk XI, it is XII, but it is incorrectly named. In comparison between correctly and incorrectly named torpedoes, the incorrecly named torpedoes (mk XII) have higher damage and value than the correctly named XI torpedoes. The incorectly named torpedoes have an XII picture as well.

Please use this thread to describe other misnamed and/or mislabeled items

    I have/had a "Phaser Full Auto Rifle" that does polaron damage. It even had the Polaron rifle Icon.

    I have also had a completely messed up dual cannon, I cant remember exactly because I got rid of it, but it had the stats and picture of disruptor Dual cannons mk XI, however, it was named polaron dual cannons mk IV
