Failed to start new assignment "Consign Prisoners to Colonial Labor Battalion"

^ at the title says

I cant start this mission

i have plenty of assignment space ...

    I believe this mission requires provisions. Do you have those?

    Yes i have 45

    but the mission doesn't state it needs them

    it just keeps failing to start my other character can do it fine

    I have the same Problem with the most of my Klingon Characters.

    Multiple Klingon Characters of mine can't start the mission " Consign Prisoners to Labor Battalion "

    1 Character is stll able to start the duty mission.

    It is the mission of the Security Officer in the Great Hall.
    The Mission requires 10 Prisoners, nothing else.
    Yes, I have open Duty mission slots, and the mission efforts nothing else than the 10 Prisoners.

    As a try, I will now erase the client from my computer, and will install the game client once more. But i think that it will be a bug.
