Purchased Zen not showing in Wallet

3 Days ago I bought $30 worth of Zen using paypal. The money was certainly taken out of my account and sent to Perfect World however when I was redirected to my account page it never registered that any charge was made. The "Recent Purchases" show no log of this and I certainly do not have the Zen that I bought.

I made a ticket in Support but have not received any sort of response outside of the automated "have you tried any of these options?" response for 3 days and counting.

Is there a support team here at all or what? I am normally patient but when it comes to matters of money, there shouldn't be an unknown 3+ day waiting period on a response/resolution from a company. That's ridiculous.

    No point, that link is flooded with posts with no resolution, just banning anyone who contests charges.
