Escape menu not working

After today's patch I have been unable to use the escape menu. Every time I hit the escape key to bring the menu up, my entire ui will flash, and then nothing will happen. Repeated attempts will sometimes show the menu for less then a second, and then it will disappear, and very rarely bring the menu up properly. As well, attempting to bind a key to an action also results in the bind key pop up to flash, then go away.

Edit - It seems to have stopped now shortly after posting this. Go figure.
