Fireworks Emote broken

I just started a Klingon side character last night and once all of my veteran rewards kicked in I tried to grab my fireworks but the console is not available to my character.

the 700 day vet +xp icon shows in my upper left, and I was able to claim my android and all legacy unlock's from the C-store... I had a couple of people in the first city come and show which console to use - they were able to claim theirs - but it is not lit up for me.

this is my first klink, so I'm not sure if it was broken before or after the expansion.

I'm not sure where it's claimed from personally. I went to the Klink shipyards as listed in the tooltip for the veteran accolade, but I have been unable to find this console as well.

Its in the baracks @ First City... left hand side IIRC.

yup it's in the barracks, at the console right next to the fleet officer guy - I watched two people claim theirs from it.

But yeah its bugged at the moment oh and you do claim it in the barracks at Qu'Nos on the left hand side.
