3 Weeks later, four emails later my character is STILL bugged help me please please

3 weeks ago my character was TRIBBLE and restored. (Thank you).
My reputation was screwed up after the restoration of my character. MY tier III PASSIVE skill disappeared on both my Romulus and Omega faction.
I reached awhile ago Tier IV in Romulus and Omega and was unable to select a Tier IV skill due to my Tier III not being there, I could only select Tier III again. PLEASE FIX THIS. PLEASE reset my reputation skills. PLEASE
I have been asking this for WEEKS NOW.
I have sent five emails.
I also lost A LOT OF ZEN i had over 5000 ZEN.
What is going on over there.
Please reset my rep character. I do not know what else to do.
