C-Store Purchase problem?

Hello

I am trying to make a purchase on the C-Store but I can't complete my purchase because I get an error telling me to try later. Has this happed to anyone else?
"Omega Class will prevail she cannot be defeated!"

    Don't worry I used the Web Store Brandon says its disabled. Will try ingame
