Ship Costume broken for me..

allowed to save the outfit for my ship, but it resets back as soon as I exit the ship customization screen. worked before last patch update as of 6/2/2013.
Lyndon Brewer: 20% chance to capture enemy ship for 60 seconds on successful use of boarding party.

cause sometimes its party time!
