Temporal disruption device - High Yield

I've found that the temporal disruption device buffed with high yield no longer creates a spatial rift.

I'm not sure if this is purely graphical or not however enemies do not seem to be slowed etc

    Another problem with it is, its cooldown. If you use any torpedo enhancing abilities on it its cooldown suddenly increases to 30 sec.

    Same. My Torpedo always looks the same :(

    Bump. Still no spatial rift forming on HY detonations.

    The truly sad part is, that you still need it for the Temporal Inversion Field (3rd set bonus). So, effectively you're flying around in a gimped setup, with 1 less weapon slot.

    And it still hasn't been fixed with the Aug 1st patch.
