Game crash on Cold Storage

I've tried on multiple occasions, probably 5 or 6 times to complete the mission "Cold Storage" so that I can claim my Breen Tactical Officer on my new Reman character. Unfortunately, whenever I try to do this mission the game crashes, generally rather quickly, within about 30 seconds of entering the map. I don't have any issues with crashing at any other time, just during this mission. Anyone else having an issue? I completed the mission on a couple of my other toons without issue which seems odd.
