Known Bug?

Don't know if this has been posted or if anyone else has the same problem.

When i change some of my Options like: Rumble off and brightness and video options, they never save. When i relog theyre all reset.
Anyone else have this problem?

And yes, i click save before i exit.

    I save it over and over again, when I log back in it is defaulted to ON.
