Fed Neutral Zone Missions

I logged onto my main Fed today, level 50 toon, and decided to run the Neutral Zone missions. I completed Trealus with no problem, but when I reached the Alhena Refueling station, I was unable to start the mission. I accepted the mission, but was unable to start it. I had the same problem with the Sh'mar mission. Accepted, unable to start.

Now, I have run these missions probably hundreds of times, so I know how to start them. But this is the first time since Season Eight began that I attempted to run them.

I attempted to do the Alhena Distress Call mission with my friends (there were four of us) and we automatically failed for some reason. One of us warped in and noticed there were no tanks to protect. As soon as someone else warped in, the mission auto-failed for everyone who entered.

Also, the last few times I've done that mission solo, I haven't gotten any of the computer core fragments that allow me access to the fourth neutral zone mission.

I logged off the game for about an hour or so and tried it again and this time, they both worked. Also, I didn't get any of the Computer Core Fragments either.
