Temporarily banned from PVE queue?

I just an action queue and then telewarped to Sol system, it now says that Im banned from joining or creating group queues? What the hell, has anyone experienced this issue?
Oh look, he just went full potato.

    I just had the exact same issue.
    I queud for PVE then warped to SOL...now I am banned...

    Please fix it.

    As I am loading the PvE it logs me out then when I safe log back on it bans me! WTF! dont punish me because your servers are pants!

    It is something wonky with the mission que programming, because it a lot of times will auto engage a que without allowing me to do it, and also when I do select engage and pop into a mission another que timer pops up for the same mission asking me to either engage or leave. If I hit either of them it forces me to leave and end back up where I came from!!!
