I couldn't figure out what forums to post this to, this seems the most appropriate.
What happened: So I bought some keys to sell on the exchange to get a few million more EC's. I started to sell a bunch, and they were selling almost instantly, since I was pricing the keys a hair less than the other lowest ones.
A few in, I realized I hit my normal EC cap of 10,000,000; so I bought the EC cap increase, but still wasn't able to log out and back in (like it says) in time to catch a few more sales, so I basically "wasted" 3 master keys, since I couldn't collect the auction winnings.
Is there any recourse to get that missing EC back, or did I (I'm willing to admit it was my mistake, not *really* a bug or game issue) just lose out on a few dollars?
This isn't a "PWE GIVE ME MUH MONEYS" complain thread, but it would be nice if money earned over your cap went into an escrow-like account, that can't be withdrawn from until you increase your cap. Would a game admin be able to verify the Exchange logs vs. my EC balance and credit me the difference?
I figure if I didn't ask, I never would, so this at least gives me a chance.
