kdf+Romulans=bugeed

I tried everything, and I still cant find the pvp mission on my romulan kdf oriented character :mad:. The rom fed players have it. They are trying to convince me that I have it too damned fed side btw Im lvl 40. Anyway why must the kdf side always be bugged, and is this problem going to be fixed ?
