Cant not get past select ship stage

I purchased the pack and have reached the point where I can select a new ship. I possibly made a mistake and unpacked the the Dhael. Now when it comes to select a ship I can not progress. It will let me choose the ship which it puts in my inventory and it shows that transaction successful has occured but it will not go past the stage in mission log....I have tried on several occasions and I really need help here
