Nimbus III Orion Contraband Mission Bugged?

The daily were you scan the 5 sites- after I scanned the drop off point one of the 5 sites does not give credit. The glow disappears after the first scan attempt without receiving credit so it can not be scanned it a second time. I have failed this mission 2 days in a row now on 2 characters both at the contraband site directly across the bridge from the drop off point.

    I have had the exact same issue however running it on my KDF character I got entirely different spawning points for the glowies so it seems to be fine KDF side at least
