FYI: Some bugs I've noticed since LoR and I think I reported most of them in game

Hello,
Just an FYI, but here are a bunch of bugs/issues I've noticed since LoR came online.
1.) Well known issue: Can not delete IGM's/mail.
2.) Crystalline STF bugged - apparently it has to do with it's healing rate on Elite. Although in the many times I've gone in - I do see a ton of fighters swarming it. At first I thought it could be that the fighters are getting hit by the large shards and almost immediately healing the entity.
3.) Borg Invasions - not giving reward even though you've completed it. I've heard that it's due to the fact that you may have other missions in mission list.
4.) Many missions have slight issues - such as the "Romulan Daily's" - where NPC support ships 'warp in' multiple times. "Second Wave" - when in the conference room - the Dominion will 'attack' twice... IE: After the first choice is made, the 'attack' video will play, then at the end of the choices (where it should play) the video will play again.
5.) Intermittent lag; doesn't happen much, mostly intermittent but I've noticed it quite a few times. I presume it's related to server population. IE: I'll be entering like DS9, SOL, ESD, and will get lag; but if I go into a different instance/mission then it will go away.
6.) Sound! Audio doesn't seem to play right. Various 'sound effects' will inexplicably disappear, and the problem continues and compounds to where there will be little sounds at all. Logging out and back in is apparently the only way to temporarily fix this.
7.) I doubt that it's my graphics settings, but I have noticed that some of the Romulan ships do not show their 'skin' properly at all angles. IE: I'll be flying through sector space and will see a Romulan ship - but their 'wings' will be white and not their proper color. I was only able to 'correct this' by swinging my view to get the ship out of view and then back and then it may be correct.
8.) "Server not responding" - message at top center of screen when loading into mission/STF. I've noticed this, mostly on missions and a couple of STF's where at the top center part of the screen it will say "Server not responding" and give a 'seconds and 100th of a seconds count, but I have also noticed that at the top left of the screen the message will say "Patching x files" with an apparent download rate. This 'download' rate changes and sometimes even goes to zero while the 'Server not responding' message is there. It seems more of a 'querk' to me because the system is talking to some server while it's patching those files.
9.) "Message/dialog" from NPC's at left boarder in center getting in the way. I don't see a 'box' to move in the hud. IE: Fleet Base STF - There'll be loot drops and then NPC's say something, that gets in the way of trying to 'select' 'greed'/etc for the loot.
Issues before LoR...
Away team order, I would like it if the system decided how to order them and went by what 'we' say is the order, top to down.

When changed it can disappear, apparently can only be fixed by either resetting the chat settings or logging out and back in
Increased Lobi drops!
Increased "Borg" labeled weapon drops.
Lock Box Keys - one mission where you can get one key per 'replay'
