wrong ship given at level 30

I tried to file this with the in-game help system but got:
[TicketError] Could not connect. Please try again later.

Hopefully this will get where it needs to go. I hit level 30 and went to claim my new ship.
I had four choices. Two Romulan ships and two Federation. Since the Rom ships were geared toward engineer I decided to claim my Escort Retrofit I had purchased previously on a different toon.

What I received was an Exploration Cruiser. Noting the error I dismissed the incorrect ship and went back to re-claim the escort. Now it shows that I have to pay 1500 Zen again.

    I think you mean Tactical Escort Refit. (San Paulo class) The Escort Retrofit is a T5 version of the Saber class ship that you wouldn't be able to use and isn't a c-store ship either.

    After maintenance today my ship options were fixed and I was able to claim the correct ship. Now if only they had a proper tactical warbird at lvl 30.

    whew, i had a big long post because i had an odd problem, but i figured it out. was a cluster of a mess ill tell ya!
