Fore Cannons no longer fire

After this maintenance, the two Polaron Dual Cannons Mk XII [Acc]x2 [crtD] on my Romulan Ha'Nom Guardian have stopped firing all together. I've tried moving them around, putting them in the bank and exiting game, and manually firing them from the bars.. but nothing seems to do the trick.
