Server Went Off?

I was in PVP. was fighting, than suddenly, i timed out.
Tried re-logging , said couldnt make connection to account server.
I exited and entered launcher and THe failed to auto update client error
WTF?
To boldly go where no FAWer has ever FAWed before.

    seems like it... just timed out and even my Pidgin died -> chat server dead too ...thats a first

    The account server is falling over again. My girlfriend just got DC'd, but I am still online. The pidgin system fell over as well which means there is a problem with the account server/launcher.

    Some players got logged off, some are just fine ingame. Now I am stucking in character selection, but no progress...

    Welp looks like that's what today's Maintenance is about, and seems like the Server beat the Devs before they could take it down. :cool:

    i got it started after 15min.....was faster than expected
