Romulan Teaming - "Houston, we have a Problem"

There seems to be an issue with Que events teaming with romulans. You often get a message about no longer being teamed when entering the instance and you get warped out. It you get this bug it seems to do it every time with out fail until I log out and back in to clear it. Its pretty horrible.

    IT seems that when I team with a Rommie using my Fed character, the missions don't quite work right. Triggers aren't triggering.
