Neutral No More does not advance

Claim your ship objective won't got away. I got the new ship. When I hail Subcommandor Nadel says "When you have your new ship go to the Thoridor system." The vendor doesn't mention the mission anymore. At first the reward to change outfit was there. It's gone now. I left the Flotilla and it says claim your ship and go to the flotilla beneath it. The circle on the map for the objective is on the ship vendor. It still shows I have one Starship Requisition (Centurion). It shows that I have purchased the ship. For a little bit the objective circle was on the switch ships guy I think.
