Fleet Uniform Bug

I Have been having problems designing uniform's for Romulan Fleet. Basically what happens is that after I make the uniform then see how it looks some of the clothing and colors are incorrectly, way off from what I originally made. Also having displaying problems with all 3 of my character (Federation, Klingon,and Romulan) for fleet uniforms in the Fleet menu, on the uniform tab, it displays weird have a box looking thing with no Picture in it at all. Another issue iv been having is for my Romulan Fleet yesterday I was trying to make the enablem for the fleet, However I could not select some of the colors I wanted (greyish and whiteish colors) would pop up a light blue no matter how many times I restarted the game. I Was Wondering If anyone else was having similar problems and to inform Perfectworld and Cryptic of this problem if they do not of about it already.
