Can't Change Color - TOS Rommie Pants

Seems the color is stuck on the TOS Rommie pants. One BOff has gold pants, and no matter what color I pick it won't change. Same thing happens on my other Rommie male, except his is stuck on silver.

    I'm having the same problem, but with the cloth color of my dual shoulder pads. Can't change it from gray...
