store wont let me buy zen

every time i try to buy zen it says cannot complete or error. is anyone els having the same problem or is it just me

    I had a problem getting Zen the other Day! I was trying to get some Zen and it said twice that it couldn`t complete payment and now i`m supposed to give my mobile phone number so they can text me to do a code! I did and i didn`t get any text message! what`s up with that? I wanna get some zen for my Romulan Character! how can i with these goofups?:mad:

    did you get "browser setting" error message?

    I wasn't able to get anything, not even buying LTS upgrading account.

    Been trying to upgrade to gold for the better part of an hour but keep getting a 403 forbidden error, driving me up the wall
