Red Alert Turn In Issue for Rommies

Ran a red alert as rommie kdf allied pre level 20. I was prompted for the mission by the KDF officer. But, after completing there's no hail button to turn it in.

    This is also a bug for Fed characters (eg my level 50)

    same issue fed rom did a RA at level 20 am now 45 and still can not turn in
