    To all the pepole asking about my back stock of Nanite Disruptors keep in mind they are all XI, I kept or sold all the XII's I will hit a few of you up tonight when im in Game. I have lots of dual cannons and single cannons also.

    I sure could use 4 turrets and 4 DHC's if you could spare them. I'll even pay/trade for them. MkXI are fine for anything but serious PvP.

    As was said earlier Dominion Polaron is viable on certain builds for light duty PvP and PvE (I even have good results running a cruiser in eSTF's with Dom Polaron beams). Who knew. I'll need to look but IIRC I run it with the lockbox phased polaron DBB's.

    Well, i'm trying to get some beam array for my romulan character. If you have any spare beam array I would be happy to get them. my character is Tartarus@augustofvh.

    If you have some extra beams, I'd like to see how they compare to my rom plasma XIs

    About to start trying some of these out for the first time, little question though

    Visual FX: Do these look much different from a 'normal' version of them? From what ive saw so far , of the phased polaron : it seems a darker purple than normal polaron? But couldnt see any visual difference between my nanite disruptor beam array and normal disruptor beam array, do the effects show up differently on weapon types?

    Is there any point picking up the Plasma / Disruptor Romulan Rep DHC's and turrets up over say Phaser DHC's / Turrets if I am not equiping any of the embassy consoles.

    I will have the Zero Point and would ofc pick up the torp launcher if I went with the Plas / Dis

    I got a free Galor from my fleet for winning a contest, while I loved it for awhile, the whole cruiser/escort thing doesn't work if it can't use the DHCs. Spiral waves are amazing though, 8est 8eams in the game.

    Just checked, Installation 18 mission rewards have changed. Piercing Tetryon Turrets are now available as a reward, so now there's a full set available if you're willing to grind for them.

    I got a galor too bad i sold all my disruptor consoles while they were so expensive, and heck i had no faith i would get an actual galor so meh.

    will take me about a week saving dil anyway to get the last 2 beams and have to scrounge up buy tac consoles to even try them out.

    6 cardie boxes opened and pop a galor, 40 some dom boxes and jack squat, guess i wanted the galor worse anyway.

    I really wish they'd make fleet versions of these so that people would have easier access to them. The amount of currency needed to get them from the exchange in some cases is just insane!

    The weapons from the lockboxes should be the most powerful in the game as they are obtained by luck and Zen. Just like the Lockbox ships. Or be at least as powerful as the Fleet weapons. Or Hybrid weapons should be only obtained via crafting. Combining say 2 types of weapons you get from drops and adding data samples or other rare items and using VR doffs to create Hybrid weapons. Critting the mission will determine its rank and quality. The entire notion of Hybrid weapons seems ideal for crafting. Take 2 energy weapons say Phaser and Disuptor. You choose which weapon is the base damage type and assign a Tac Doff to that portion of the mission and depending if he Crit's you get a uncommon, rare or vary rare, next you choose a Eng Doff to determine the modifiers. If you want ACC its say 30 Methogenic Particle traces and 10 uncommon materials and a rare XI sensor probe console. If it crits you get that modifier at X(3), You would also select a second modifer and add materials it required. The 3rd Doff is a Sci and he and the materials you add would determine the level X,XI or XII and any special or unique abilities like knocking off your targets weapon lock or removing targets buffs or sending target abilities into global cooldown. This is just how I see Hybrid weapons being created. They should be crafted and they should be a special item that you created using your Doffs and Items you collected and saved up.
