PvP queues (and warzones) seriously messed up

Okay can confirm it now, PvP queues are messed up. Just tried joining one and although I was marked queued, the player count didn't raise. When I left the queue I remained marked as queued but said I had left and wouldn't let me rejoin.
Next are warzones, and it appears players are no longer separated by tiers. For example it's common to find tier 1 ships fighting off against tier 5 ships. (lvl 5's versus lvl 50's pretty much).
Also hearing complaints about people who complete lt level Otha coming first place not getting any loot whatsoever (although that has always been the case I believe?).
