I completed two daily quests, they are on the Hail Starfleet step, but the button remains greyed out no matter how I try to hail Starfleet rendering the quests unable to be completed.
I typed /bug and got the option to submit a GM ticket to receive help with the mission. It let me pick the mission I had trouble with and all, I typed out the issue. It should be a simple matter of looking at the quest, going "yep, it is stuck in completed status" and awarding the proper reward, or resetting the option so I can hail to turn it in.
Instead I get two generic responses telling me to submit a bug report and to refrain from contacting the GM staff?
What is the point of having the section to report issues with quests if we can't use it or get solutions to our problems when we do report an issue?
Futher it is nice to note that while they request me to email QA, I will get no response. I guess my tickets are done? I should just abandon the missions and move on? The response doesn't really say, but I assume this to be the case.
Pretty poor support.
