Armory Officer Doff bugged

The Armory Officer, the one that has a chance to spawn in an extra phaser turret or two when making turrets on ground, is not interacting with Bridge Officers. I was specifically using Elim Ziyal, the doff from the DS9 bundle, so it might be him specifically that's broken.
