skills and traits

any1 have skill plan or can make one for tactical char
i will use this warbird --->Ha'feh Assault Warbird
just for PVE

and whatt traits should i use?

    My suggestion would be to cycle through the STO Skill Planner from STO Academy. They do a good job of updating it, and it already works for (the most part) with the LoR release.

    You need to use the "Find a Build" button, and search by KDF (closer setup to the Romulans), Tactical, Any Ship. You could also go KDF, Science, Any Ship and look for a Sciscort style build, since the Singularity is pretty much Science powers at the cost of power levels. The reason you aren't finding any builds is likely that you are searching by the Romulan faction, and it is still a bit early to start finding a ton of builds there.

    I suppose a decent starting point would be looking at KDF_PVP/E_16k DPS, or any other Jem'Hadar Attack Ship/Bugship build, since it has the same Boff seating. Once you load a build, you can also tinker with it however you like to see if there are some tradeoffs that you would prefer over what the original had. If you want to save your new version of a build, just hit "Save Build", pick a name you'll remember, and make sure to click the "Share on Build Sharing Page" box.
