Reman (KDF) issues

Playing as a Reman captain (KDF aligned), male, tactical, and having the following issues:
1) During the Free-to-Play beta test, I earned the Tier 1, 2, and 3 Duty Officer Rewards for both KDF and Starfleet. My Reman (KDF aligned) tactical officer is unable to accept these rewards.
2) The Reman Klingon uniform has very bad clipping issues. Specifically, the Reman Klingon Undershirt shows the back of my neck when walking, and my upper back when running. Also, the Reman Klingon Undershirt does not have the same color options as the rest of the uniform, so it doesn't quite match
