Ok...
So I am learning more about your server structure then I wanted to know.
Clearly you have a pair of servers authenticating the user's information. One for the Launcher and one for the loading of characters. I know this cause the second one seems to be down.
Everytime I go to log in, I get "log in server timed out" error and kicked back to the in-game log in.
Yea, VERY frustrating since I just got my new Tal Shiar ship...
