Romulan 23rd Century Uniform bugs

The Romulan 22rd Century uniform looks nice. However, there are a lot of bugs with it.
Just the few I've noticed so far:
1) The skirt seems to be a shiny material while the top is a matte material, so it doesn't form one cohesive outfit. you can easily see where the material changes. The skirt (or top) needs to be changed to match.
2) The lower scarf has a *completely* different color palette from the uniform top, so its nearly impossible to match most colors. This would be easily rectified by making the scarf bottom use the same color palette as the rest of the outfit.
3) The boots have *no* color palette associated with them, so the colors cannot be changed at all. They do have a 'faux' palette, where it shows recently used colors, but selecting any of those does nothing. There needs to be a palette added for the boots. NOTE: This seems to be an issue with the Romulan Borg - Regular romulans don't seem to have this issue.
4) The 22nd Century belt clips into the top on certain stances - currently noticed on Swagger and Stern.

There is a dress. They manage to NOT get the pallettes correct. Amazing, isn't it.
This is not the first dress/uniform btw.
Do they really not have time to doublecheck for coding cosistency in Cryptic?
Why aren't you Guys running any test-program for your coding? It would propably weed out alot of TRIBBLE coding. -Just a hint, not a criticism...
