Romulan toons cannot use Tuffli

Hi,

As I know tuffli is a levelless independent ship. But Romulan toons cannot use it....

    Is it still true?
    Surpised this does not get a dev reply. This is a serious oversight.

    Yes, it is still not possible. But devs are not interested in it...
