Stuck character: server not responding on loading screen [NOW RESOLVED!]

For the last several days my main computer has not loaded STO. Meanwhile my alienware loads it just fine. So, using the same network as the alienware I deleted STO off my main computer (uninstalled) and then redownloaded and installed it again, thinking maybe the file was corrupted. It loads into the patcher... character screen appears, I choose my character and it goes into loading "X", in the case of most recently "earth spacedock". It stalls out and does not progress at 98.15%. Hours pass.. and then it loads. However, after it loads the character has not fully loaded, no rep, no doff's to retrieve and no ability to interact with the environment. Obviously can't play. Ideas? Any aid would be greatly helpful.

My system is not the issue. Drivers are all updated. Information included below.
